Please share your feedback with US, especially regarding the service. I agree, the hard product is top-notch (assuming of course you're not victim of a hardware swap) but the service is hit-or-miss. My last couple of Envoy flighs have been more on the Miss side, and the service can make or break the experience. It's really important that the crew delivering a good service are recognized as well as the crew delivering a bad service. Glad to hear you got one of the good crews!
