nice report! good to hear the excitement of first time business class travel

but just a note... your handle says you are from the states... no need to be surprised about the food on intra-Asia flights. Even short flights of 60 minutes it is not uncommon to recieve a hot meal. This is standard industry wide for full service carriers.

It always amazes me how Americans are amazed by having a meal on a flight
