I believe if you ask them, they will cook eggs to order for you. Personally, I found the Stonebriar breakfast to be superior to the standard US Sheraton breakfast buffets, but maybe I've just had a bad sample.
Another note, this property has ground floor rooms, which I found interesting. I can't say I'd find that particularly desirable. Executive suites are good size with very large bathrooms.
