You can access it at airfrance.us using your DL ticket number (just use manage my reservations--other search options--by ticket number) and your last name. Note you typically only use the first 13 digits of the 006.... DL ticket number (on your DL itinerary, it will sometimes show a few extra digits at the end of your ticket number).
In my experience, the seat selections made at airfrance.com always stick (except for equipment swaps, etc.). And you can check in 30 hours prior to departure at airfrance.us to make sure your seat selections stick.
