I think the AA liaison with IB is for any AA-related problem - but some agents may not know about it, the EXP agent I spoke with did.

Does anyone know what the functioning email address is for customer relations at Iberia? I'm getting my emails bounced back on the as of yet unresolved issue described previously in this thread. Thanks !
