B) Shepiston Lane, Middlesex UB3 1RW
C) Heathrow Longford T5, 420 Bath Road, Longford,

My major concerns are transport to T3 ( we will not have a car), and the cost of wifi at the hotel.

Any help appreciated.
Don't know about WiFi but the Premier Inn on Bath Road is right beside the airport and served by the Hoppa buses (£4) to the terminals. Decent restaurant and bar but can be busy and sometimes overrun with children on weekends, if that's a factor.

I'd recommend it, but make sure the £39 applies to your dates otherwise it's no better deal than others (Ibis,Ariel etc.)
