Shame it's not a 777-300ER otherwise the OP could dispense with the monitor and just hook it up to the Thales IFE. Not sure the at seat power would be up to the task mind you.

Seriously, why not just leave it at home and online and RDP into it if you need to work? Or as others have said copy your data to a USB drive and just take that with you, or invest in a laptop? Do you really want to look like a Luddite as you wheel last century's pinnacle of computing power through the airport
