Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I'll be checking these out.

The main thing I'd like is a nice view and being right on the beach. The wife and I love being able to just walk onto the beach and have chairs sitting there. Additional amenities are great, but having been a student so recently (last year), I've only ever read about things like first class etc.
