No, I haven't. I was asked to submit screenshots. I was also told I'd hear back within about a week, but never did. Every time I called to follow up, no one knew anything about it, and the person who I spoke to initially wasn't in. Eventually I just gave up. You can use the custom date range to narrow your results so it all fits on one page. That's what I did. I searched 3-6 months at a time and just pasted them into Excel.
