Discuss: Is this an appropriate menu in First?

Hello all,

Just wondering whether you think the following menu served on the flight from RUH to LHR is adequate/ appropriate. The flying time was nearly 7 hours (8 am departure).

Views please!


Breakfast

Starters
Chilled fruit juice
An energising fruit smoothie.
A selection of yoghurts
A selection of cereals
Fresh seasonal fruit plate
Smoked salmon with cream cheese, lettuce and pickles
A wide selection of breakfast pastries and rolls

Main
Mixed grill of scrambled eggs, grilled beef steak, lamb chop, chicken sausage, hash-brown potatoes, grilled mushrooms and tomato

Cheese omelette with sautéed potatoes, mushrooms and grilled tomato

Pancakes with fruit, almonds and maple syrup

Continental breakfast featuring grilled breast of chicken, turkey pastrami, Emmenthal, Edam and tomato

Bistro selection
Hara Bara chicken kebab, salmon quiche and sesame breaded prawns
Warm fillet of beef steak sandwich with barbecue sauce
Selection of fruit

Refreshments

An individual selection of sandwiches featuring turkey with cucumber, Chedder with chutney, grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato with cucumber..
