OS restarted VIE-YUL/YYZ service as Star Alliance partner last May, initially on OS A340-200 with good connections in Europe and new route mileage bonus. So far so good.

However, I am having extreme difficulty getting those miles posted. On May 8 I did YUL-VIE-PRG, returning on May 22. My Aeroplan number appreared on all boarding passes. I even sent them, along with a copy of the ticket, to the Vancouver service centre two weeks ago, and I am still waiting!

Today, I called Aeroplan again, the agent did not seem to be sure to know what I was talking about, told me that the centre lost (!) some mail and that I had to wait two more weeks before he hung up.

Any comments?
