What about the diving at/near O&O?

We're also considering for the late spring and care about (1) food (2) diving and other water sports availability and (3) general design room amenities (not necessarily in that order).

We'd also been looking at both 4 Seasons properties and possibly the new Viceroy. I've been going through the forums/reviews and it seems one property doesn't really have it all.
