Margaret River is Napa fine wine and dining meets hippie surfer beach bums (often the same people in the wine makers and chefs!). Very charming and rather unique. Maybe the best combination of food, wine and ambiance anywhere in the world; rather ironic that no-money culture is cheek by jowl with the capitalist snob hordes of FT
