Do I earn miles on flights operated by ANA group?

When I search for a flight on ANA web, it's shown that some flights are operated by ANA group including ANA[NH]/AIR NIPPON[EL]/Air Japan[NQ]/ANA WINGS[EH]. I know that there is no problem on NH flights. But do I earn miles on EL/NQ/EH flights? Do anyone have ever credited miles from EL/NQ/EH flights to A3 account?

Actually, I'm going to book an NRT-BKK flight. As an example, NH916 (BKK->NRT) is operated by Air Japan (NQ).
