It probably must be dubai . It was not officially announced but construction started anyway .

i haven't visited their Provence property but i have been to Chinsanzo and am really sad that they are closing . Despite the location problems and outdated decor , it was a beautiful property with its gardens , bridges etc- a peaceful retreat from busy Tokyo.
Hope this isnt a final decision .
