I recently noticed that Qatar is charging fuel surcharges on award redemptions and labeling these fuel surcharges as "tax" on passenger electronic ticket receipts. I am preparing to submit a complaint to the US Department of Transportation, Aviation Consumer Protection Division, alleging that such charges are deceptive and unlawful.

Unfortunately, my only Qatar redemption is for travel between two points outside of the US. I believe DOT ACPD nonetheless has authority, but for expedience I'd like to demonstrate that tickets to/from the US are affected similarly. I'd therefore like to include at least one receipt for Qatar award travel to/from US.
