The schedule change has to be at least 90 minutes to get a refund. I don't understand the $60 stuff. I've never seen a schedule change result in a refare. Or are you saying you can buy the new itinerary for $60 less than the original one?
Exactly. When I purchased the original ticket, it was $60 more, which was no problem, but I figured since they were switching me to a cheaper flight (still a $60 difference at the moment), I thought it would be easier to ask for the upgrade to EC, since that's $80.
