Suggest take the $60 voucher and call again and again till someone gets you the EC seats you desire.
This is definitely the route I plan to take. The outbound leaves in 35 days, so no flights have been flown yet. I'm just asking for one economy comfort seat on the way there, man oh man..you'd think with the millions of dollars they make, an $80 upgraded seat would be a piece of cake.
