This really made me laugh. I see guys at my gym benching 3 plates on each side (so what 315#), or more....yet they look like they'd be better off spending 15-20 min on a treadmill, elliptical, or something aerobic a couple times a week. I'd certainly never tell them that though

I've been doing weights off/on since I was 18. I'll never be huge, but I really don't want to be.
