I understand this last outage was actually less than 24 hours, not the 'weekend'? I will not however be asking for a pro-rata refund of my expensive FT subscription.
If a server hassle happens after business hours as in the most recent case, I guess there is sadly not much can be easily done to rectify it? Glad to see it was blazing soon into the business morning today.
But do agree with
shareholder a short note covering the outage in Tech Forum etc might be used after things are normalised?
