Probably not the Lincoln, but perhaps a Mercury Grand Marquis could work in a pinch. It's just as big (or close to it) and has a massive trunk. The Lincoln will likely be a luxury car, which the rental agencies are pretty consistent in putting outside the reach of common coupons. But a Premium car - that's usually the highest allowable confirmed coupon upgrade, and you're right: you'd get it with the F car rate. Of course a lot of common coupons are invalid for one-ways, but it's worth a shot.
That said, if it were me and I was already seeing a minivan for $132, I'd book that. That's a decent rate for a one-way minivan and it's more comfortable for all involved. Zero percent chance I'd want to ride a bus from Buffalo to NYC.
