No, BA still offers oneworld awards. On some itineraries, a oneworld award might actually cost fewer Avios than a series of one-way awards. Unfortunately, when pricing a simple roundtrip that uses one partner on the outbound and another on the inbound, BA will automatically price it as a oneworld award, even if that comes out to be more expensive than two one-ways using a different partner for each of the two legs.
