I had an error on my application during the DBM and had to submit my second application something like 10 minutes late. If you have an application ID, you may can call and get it approved. I had to escalate to a manager but ultimately approved it. With the app id, it was almost like they couldn't really see my other application. Though, it may be different since you have the other card and it's fully in the system. Can't hurt to call recon a few times though.
