If you had a non smoking room reserved you should have gotten compensated for being walked. I thought Hilton guaranteed gold and diamonds their smoking preference?

As far as the travel agent not putting your HH number in, they may be able to get out of compensating you on that. If the agent would have given your HH number to the hotel and they knew you were a diamond there is a good chance they wouldn't have walked you and someone else would have been walked.
