AKAIK nothing has changed, so you should still be able to pull points from someone else's account (not just spouses, even though the official T&Cs states spouses).

You will need to call MR and tell them you want to pull points from your spouse's or someone elses account. They will fax you a form that you need to fill out and sign. You will need to get that form to the owner of the other account (either physically or faxing) and get them to sign it (and fill out their account info if you didn't.)

Once the form has been completely filled out and signed by both account owners, then fax it back into MR. I usually try to get the name of a specific CSR and put the fax to their attention and then call them after I have faxed the form. This will let them know to go looking for the fax and then you can get your award ordered.
