To be honest, without knowing what your particular points were and what other information you requested, I think it's hard to judge whether the response from BA is reasonable or not.

For example, I think a response saying 'we'll take your points on board but we're not saying there'll be any changes' would be what I would expect in some circumstances (because the points made may be very specific to the individual's circumstances but contrary to what others want from the same programme, so on balance changing it would cause more issues than it resolves). If, however, it was a specific complaint about someone causing major inconvenience e.g. due to poor training on the new programme, then I'd expect a more specific response about what will be done to resolve this.
