My older brother has received an offer for 60k miles from MileagePlus Explorer and 60k miles from OnePass Plus (both cards offers start with 50k miles after first purchases). The MileagePlus Explorer offer came in a paper mail and The OnePass Plus from an email offer.

He is wondering if he can apply both cards at the same time and get the 100k miles bonus (50k from each after first purchase). Is it possible he can get 2 bonuses from 2 cards? He never has Chase credit cards before.
