Don't get it.

You were going to pay x + 25k miles each to MFU to CW.

Instead you paid x-£150+£399 (+similar, assuming you can POUG the return) each for CW.

So you paid £249 more per person, but saved 12.5k miles, plus you will earn an additional 25% miles (1421). So your net saving is 13921 miles for an outlay of just £249.

I'd be dancing in the aisles if I could reap 28k miles for a spend of under £500.

Assuming you can POUG the return as well, then it's twice as good.
