12.3. If a Member has not earned or redeemed Avios Points or purchased or transferred Avios Points in accordance with the appropriate Conditions of Use for 36 consecutive months, all Avios Points that has accrued to that date will expire.
Are these two statements not inconsistent? Are we 100% sure that transferring Avios between BAEC and avios.com does not count?
