As for your CW sector booking into U, that's strange as I'm pretty sure U is a redemption fare yet you say you paid cash to upgrade.
I thought I had done my homework, but I just didn't think about not being able to MFU. Hey still learning. And yes we had paid to upgrade, I thought U was a redemption as well.
