Should I Redeem 100k miles or cash for Business Class Trip to Africa?

Here is my scenario.
I have 100k Flying Blue miles and need to get two one way business & one round trip economy one way tickets to NBO Africa from IAH.
It appears I can’t donate more than 40,000 miles to the economy passenger. Short of buying the tickets out right on QATAR which is about $4200 one way business and about $1500 round trip economy.
Can someone think of a way to use the miles by donating them to one of the passengers i.e. more than the 40k limit? Can I use points.com?
