The latest update of the United app seems to bring all the PMCO functionality to UA-operated flights, including visible upgrade/standby list, cleared list, amenities and aircraft information.

The upgrade lists for UA flights is presented differently from the PMCO app but it's there, under 'standby list'.

For CO-operated flights, it's all the same.
