For AC every seat except the DH 3 has a standard USB port, the Boeing and Airbus also have 110 volt combo plug 2 of every 3 seats in head rest.

In pods, combo 110 volt , don't recall any of the old EMpower units last time i was in a pod but if any left in use might be in them

By combo it takes Euro 2 pin or NA blade. It's not friendly to flip blade chargers. I've bent blades using it, but not bad enough to not be usable.

The USB won't charge an iPad while using it but enough to run it and if off slowly recharge so on long flights you can keep it charged.

EM power plug is long gone for AC fleet in regular seats, maybe in an old lease but nothing in the refreshed cabins done a few years ago. Dead technology and only in use on older planes
