I booked an award about a year an a half ago, then I cancelled and then had it re-issued. Turns out I can't use it after all. I called to get it cancelled and miles redeposited but they said they couldn't help me because they could not find the record associated with the original mileage redemption.

Has anyone else run into this? Would be great to get the 25k miles back.
