To answer my own question.
In the T3 bussing scenario. I guess if a CC member is placed after the last CE passenger before the door is opened, then that would stop any of this getting out of hand (I'm sure this example is not unique ... the hopefully the worse end of the spectrum).
I fear BA's response may be to end this experiment.
