Nathan, if another visit to the Fribourger Fonduestübli in Zurich is not possible in the near future, there is an alternative (Swiss-melted-cheese)-Fondue serving Restaurant at the Swissôtel in Chicago (their Fondue recipee is based on 'moitié-moitié).
