I wouldn't be hesitant. You know that this is going to happen, and they know that it happens. It seems that it will be easy to get it fixed.

Except it's not that easy. If it was simply a case of filling out the missing mileage credit form that would be fine but it took 3 separate phone calls before everything posted correctly for me - the first call resulted in the base miles posting but not the 100% PLT bonus, the second call got me the PLT bonus. A third call was then needed as the manual posting hadn't increased my EQM counter.
All in all, it was a PITA that I'd rather not have to repeat
