I'm looking to book a trip from NYC to YUL in march but there seems to be no Tango availability, only Tango Plus. What gives?

Also, I know it's off topic but which Airport is nicer to fly from if you're *G, EWR or LGA? Lounge, priority security, business check in, etc.
