Time to connect to MAD-SVQ flight?
I'm flying in on Sunday morning to MAD, on UA62, EWR-MAD, scheduled to land at 9:45.
Want to go directly to Seville and have been looking at taking the AVE. So I was considering either a 12 or 12:15 PM train from Atocha.
But I also see Iberia 8084, scheduled to take off at 11:50 AM.
My understanding is that I will be landing at Terminal 1 while the MAD-SVQ flight would be out of T4.
Do I have enough time to clear immigration and customs, get my bags and then make my way to T4 to check in for that flight?
Are the passport control queues at that time of the day horrible?
What is Iberia's baggage allowance for domestic flights? I have no status with them or One World. I would have a 25-inch bag which would need to be checked, a carryon roller and a camera sling/backpack.
