According to LH on Facebook:

On 3 June 2012 an Airbus A380 will take off as the first Lufthansa scheduled flight from the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). The A380 with the registration D-AIMI will be delivered by Airbus in April and 'christened' at Berlin Tegel Airport in May with the name 'Berlin'.

Currently, it is not clear whether the first flight will be operated as regular or special flight. As soon as we have news regarding the corresponding booking possibility we will keep you updated here on Facebook.
