Many airlines seem to have a no fee card, that earns half the miles. They are usually not advertised and one has to ask the issuing bank. I once saw a post that there is one such for BA, but when I emailed Chase they said there is no such card.

Is there really such a card, how do I get it/downgrade my existing annual fee card?
