I'm a huge fan of Bangkok Air - it's rare to get genuinely pleasurable experiences from an LCC.

I had a 90min delay out of BKK last time and got a free food voucher and was apologised to about 10 times. If you're an AMEX Plat holder you can use their Business Lounge, and as others have pointed out everyone can use their normal one with free popcorn
