I am beginning to really appreciate American Vodka. I was at a restaurant recently, which prided itself on it's fine "mixologists." It was the Hungry Cat in Santa Monica. My husband and I decided to have a cocktail (or 2) and a lot of oysters. We ate at the bar and noticed no imported vodka.
