When do you decline the fees? At check in, after you book, when you get billed? It's amazing Starwood has taken them off your bill so easily.

I hate this trend of added mandatory resort fees. For goodness sake, you get free parking and $3 internet at Motel 6; you would think for the price of a Westin it should be included. Now I could understand an extra fee if they are including a neck massage upon check in
