I went to College in Buffalo and when I return to visit friends that still live there I often stay at the Hyatt. While it's true it's not the typical Hyatt the staff really is great. Jimmy at the Front Desk cracks me up and always gives me a nice room even though I'm only there twice a year. I've stayed at all the surrounding hotels except the Assembly suites. Stayed at the Hyatt is an easy yes because rates are low, product is consistent and location is OK.
