I'm sorry to disagree, but I would be far more willing to trust the answer to this question from someone on FT than a random reservations agent. Sure, there are great agents out there that know exactly what they're talking about. However, this is not the type of questions these agents answer multiple times a day. If the OP wanted the price for a Y fare ATL-JNB, certainly calling would be more accurate. However, based on my experience with the 'FO line,' the first two or three agents to pick up would likely have difficulty fully comprehending the question asked -- let alone providing the correct answer.
