Considering the extra investment and scut work involved, it's probably not worth it for 1 month use.
If you have apn, port and server names, should it not work? What else do you need other than the following? I think, MCC and MNC for AT&T any AT&T based MVNO should be the sane. It looks like only APN and MMS proxy are different.
