If you really want a 15% code, they are very easy to get. Just send an e-mail to AC complaining about something and that is what you will get as compensation. To avoid getting anyone in trouble, write an e-mail saying that your IFE was very statticy (sp?) and you were not able to watch your show. You will get an apology letter with a 15% discount code...
The last tim I wrote a letter about my IFE not working on my last two flights(one TATL and one to the US) I recieved a 10 percent code.
When I told them I thought that 10 percent off didnt seem like much for having two delayed flights (of an hour each and IFE problems) they said 10 percent was the most they would give as an act of generosity.
