hello,

i booked a mxp-atl-aus-atl-mxp flight for march 8th back the 15th.
i'm desperatly trying to buy EC seats and select the best seats on flights in which EC is not available.

the system keeps on saying the purchase process cannot be completed.
i sent an email to delta and they said to contact alitalia since the ticket was issued by AZ.
Az cannot visualize the DL flights seat maps and thus they cannot help me.

the weird fact is that with the same itinerary for may i had no problem selecting the seats and paying for them...

any clue?
