According to this article in the "Berliner Morgenpost" most flights on Saturday 2nd of June will be diverted from TXL to SXF from 6pm on (to have the planes ready in the new airport BER on the next day).

I do not know, why the FRA flight (an A321) still goes to TXL; maybe they don't need the aircraft the next day, because the first flight BER-FRA on Sunday will be an A380 instead of the usual A321.
